How to Buy

Phoenix Trading is the UK’s number one direct selling greeting card business. We do not sell our product through conventional retail outlets; instead we market our exclusive range of cards and stationery through our international team of Independent Phoenix Traders. This direct approach allows us to offer exceptional value for money without compromising on the quality of the product and design.

All our greeting cards are blank inside so the majority of the range is multi-purpose and can be customised to say "Happy Birthday", "Thanks for dinner..." or whatever the occasion might be.

Typically, our customers do not buy just one or two cards at a time. With our incentive for buying 10 or more, the price comes down from £1.20 to a remarkable £1.00. This £1.00 price applies to all the general greeting cards in our range regardless of size and special finish. The same discount structure also applies to sheets of gift wrap, which cost £1 per sheet or 90p if you buy 10 or more.

Many Traders will be subscribing to their own linked website over the course of the next few months and this will give you the opportunity to buy online if you wish. Click on Get More Information and enter your Trader's first and last names or ID number and last name. This search will bring up their name. Click Contact Trader.

• If your Trader currently has a Trader Website, you will be directed straight to it.
  
  
• If your Trader does not have a website but has an email address registered with us, a new contact form will appear and the information you enter will go direct to the Trader.
  
  
• If your Trader does not have an email address, or if you do not have a Trader, the details will come to the company and we will put you back in touch with your Trader or ask a Trader to contact you.
  
  
• If you do have a Trader, but are unsure of their full name, please give as much information as possible on the form in order that we can put you back in touch with the right person.
